What kinds of businesses do you typically work with? +
We work with small to mid-sized Malaysian businesses across professional services, retail, F&B, technology, and manufacturing. Our services tend to be most relevant for companies that have been operating at least a year and are working through a specific commercial challenge rather than needing general management support.
How long does each service take? +
The Brand Positioning Workshop is a single half-day session with preparation and a written follow-up brief. The Pricing Strategy Consultation runs over two to three weeks. The Partnership Development Advisory is a programme of six to eight weeks. All timelines are discussed and agreed before work begins.
Do you work with businesses outside Penang? +
Yes. Our office is in George Town, but we work with businesses across Peninsular Malaysia. Sessions can be conducted in person or remotely — we discuss what works best for each engagement and your location.
What do I receive at the end of an engagement? +
Each service concludes with a concrete deliverable. The Brand Positioning Workshop produces a written positioning brief. The Pricing Consultation concludes with a strategy summary and modelling tools. The Partnership Advisory ends with partner evaluation frameworks and term sheet guidance. All documents are yours to use independently.

Are the prices negotiable? +
The prices listed reflect standard scopes. If your situation requires something different — a narrower or wider scope, or a combination of services — we are open to a conversation about what makes sense. We do not discount as a default, but we are willing to be practical when scope genuinely varies.
